Three routes to regional France

Up to 16 flights a week to Avignon, Bergerac and Rennes

Flybe, Europe’s largest regional airline and the UK’s Number One Domestic carrier, has announced the extension of its 2012 summer schedule with three further routes from Exeter to popular French summer destinations Avignon, Bergerac and Rennes.

The updated 2012 summer schedule now offers passengers from Exeter International Airport a choice of 19 routes across its UK and Europe network, and up to 188 flights a week including the return of the popular summer service to and from Düsseldorf, and summer sun routes to Faro, Malaga and Palma Mallorca.

The expansion supplements Flybe’s already extensive national summer schedule announced last month, and now brings the total number of routes to regional France for next summer to 24 from 6 departure points, with up to 160 flights a week.

Flybe’s Summer 2012 routes are on sale now for booking at www.flybe.com from £40.99 one way including taxes and charges and are currently available for travel from March 25th through to September 9th 2012.

Andrew Strong, Managing Director Flybe UK comments: “Flybe serves more airports in regional France than any other UK airline and we understand better than anyone else the requirements of our passengers travelling to and from France. From regular visits to holiday homes, trips to see friends or family or one-off holidays, Flybe offers a range of services with attractive fares to appeal to all holidaymakers, and is committed to making France a viable destination in the present economic climate.

“We are committed to keeping Britain on the move, and are confident this coming year’s summer travel options are both extensive and affordable for travellers. With the airline’s many codeshare partners, we are pleased to be able to offer our customers even more travel choices, extending beyond our reach in Europe and the rest of the world.”
