Exeter Airport has again been ranked in the top 5 of UK airports for customer satisfaction, according to the consumer group Which?
Exeter went up one place this year to fourth out of 17 airports across the UK with fewer than 10 million passengers. In the latest survey, based on a range of member experiences from bag drop and security to refreshments and toilet facilities, Exeter scored 73%, up a percentage point on the previous report.
Over six thousand Which? passengers completed an online survey this Spring about their experiences using UK airports in the last year and on average passengers flying from a small UK airport rated their experience more highly than at a large airport.
Matt Roach, managing director of Exeter Airport, said: “Our passengers appreciate the convenience of flying from their local airport and the Which? survey results show that our staff at Exeter Airport have again helped bring about the high scores for customer satisfaction. This summer we have also invested in many improvements to enhance the passenger experience and we aim to maintain our high ranking in the future.”
