Multi Skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative
Ideally you will have an agricultural and land maintenance background and your responsibilities will be for the delivery of planned and reactive grounds maintenance tasks.
The successful applicant will work as part of the current Estates team, and will need to work to a high quality standard and in a timely manner.
They will work under the direction of the Motor Transport Manager and will be responsible for updating the team on progress.
You will be expected to:
- Complete grass and hedge cutting
- Light repairs to fencing. gates and other facilities
- Drive a Tractor, use other Ground Maintenance Equipment and machinery
It is essential for the position that you have:
- Full driving licence
- 12 months employment history within the UK
This is a Monday – Friday position, however flexibility is required to accommodate work out of hours.
