RAF100 event with Hawk

100th Anniversary of the formation of the RAF

2018 is the 100th Anniversary of the formation of the Royal Air Force and Exeter Airport along with other airports in the Rigby Group is marking the Centenary from Friday 15 June until Sunday 17 June.

As part of the exhibition, a Hawk aircraft which was operational with the Red Arrows up to 2011 is positioned in front of the terminal. The aircraft, which has a full cockpit with all the instruments and still used by the team, will be available for some members of the public to sit in during the hours of the event. (Fri – Sat 0900-1700 | Sun – 0900-1600)
